All customers agree to the following terms and conditions upon scheduling service

By using our moving services, you agree to the following terms. Please review them before booking.


Services

We provide residential and commercial moving, packing, and transportation, as outlined in your estimate and final invoice


Estimates & Booking

Estimates are based on info you provide and may change based on actual time, labor, or conditions

A deposit may be required to secure your move


Payment

Payment is due at the end of your move unless otherwise agreed

We process payments through Square.com (credit cards/checks)

Late payments may include additional fees


Cancellations

Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee

Late cancellations may be charged


Liability

We handle items with care but are not liable for:


  • Items you packed yourself
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Events beyond our control (e.g., weather, accidents)


Damage claims must be made in writing within 7 days


Customer Responsibilities

Please:


  • Ensure clear access to all locations
  • Let us know about large or fragile items
  • Be present (or have someone authorized) during the move


Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse service if:


  • The environment is unsafe
  • Items are too large/heavy
  • Illegal or hazardous materials are involved


Privacy

We only use your info to provide service and communicate with you


We use Google Analytics and Square.com for site and payment tools

Governing Law

All services are governed by Oregon law. Any disputes will be handled within the state.
